Everything seems to be working but I have tried for the past couple of days to print out a copy of the packing slips from Charlotte and the only thing showing are ship direct packing slips.

Their site is experiencing technical difficulties..............this is a recording! I did find, however, that Engineering Notes and other segments function properly in Internet Explorer, rather than Chrome. That just began this week with the recent "Workbench Revision"

and another update from Eric Hylen:

The update from IT is that they plan to roll back the revised PWB Home page changes we made Monday night. The plan is to complete the roll back tonight at 7:00 EST. I will join the call and do my best to test the various functions to see that we have restored service.

And some of the known issues...

- gt is guessing that the enhancement has many layers, just like an onion...

Summary of what Eric knows and has IT engagement on:

Caused by Revised Home page:
• Engineering Notes issues – error screen when trying to open the Engineering Notes link (the link works when accessed from the Part Locate screen)
• Manage Stocking Policy Proposals – error when trying to open the link
• Unattended Delivery Notification issue – error message when trying to Save or submit the case – unclear if this is still an issue as two dealers we’ve contacted advise the link functions today – please provide examples for us to investigate
• Reported issue with ability to search for a shipment while inputting a Customer Exception e-mail example attached. I know this issue occurred occasionally prior to the Home page deploy – and when I attempted several random searches they worked – so is this intermittent? Or widespread?
• New reports of errors when dealers try to file a part Claim

Mainframe issue that preceded the Home Page change
• Missing ePacking slips – this has been a concern since last Friday – I believe this to be a Mainframe or WMS issue and IT is engaged to work through the issue. Unrelated to the deployment
• Missing Invoices –e-mail advising of mainframe issue being worked on

Personally I think what is really missing is someone in the IT dept that knows what they are doing, or give a rats ass.

What do you expect when the IT department is some guy in India being paid peanuts.

Still haven't fixed the spac case issue, the answerback issue, and then you decide to revamp parts workbench causing even more issues.. I laughed when I logged in today and the new changes were rolled back. Please GM make it easy for us.
