Yaaayyy 2019!!! Now if I could just get done with 2018...! A question: What's an acceptable percentage of total inventory to be written off at year end? Mine seems kinda high but it's actually 2.17%. Does this sound reasonable?

I believe 2% would be a good guide, so what you have sounds fine. A lot of stores and groups that I count use 3% +/- for a physical inventory swing acceptable.
