Hello I've got a question for Reynolds Ignite users I'm new to this system and looking for help with handling special order print out sheet/card. Where I'm at now when the parts come in they print out a card but it only shows the parts that are here not the ones that are still on order. Is there a way to show all parts that are ordered for a customer whether or not they are all here and have all numbers print out on the sheet/card showing order date and a receive date? Thanks

You can build or have built, a report in Dynamic Reporting that will do this.

it can be done by yourself but 100000 times easier to call. They set them up quick. 800-767-0080
press prompts for fixed opps / dynamic reporting
