GM reman diesel turbos

Any other GM dealers having issues with "remanufactured" turbos for 08 and up Duramax applications? Three in the last month where customers have brought in vehicles with SES light and driveability issues, only to discover the turbo is out. All three are vehicles that have had GM reman turbos installed in the the last two years (and all are just out of parts warranty of course).

JUST CURIOUS if anyone is seeing issues out there in the real world

We had a 2015 ambulance (K Chassis) in for turbochargers...first replacement at 46160 (12-17-15), second at 85749 (10-7-16), third at 133680 (10-9-17) and a fourth at 177175 (2-21-19). Third was customer pay but all others warranty. That is the only vehicle that we had back for multiple turbos.
