I'm at 91% sales loyalty right now for the month. If i buy an aftermarket turbo on top of the delco filters I've been buying that GM can't supply me plus the used transfer case I just bought for a job plus the reman transmission for another job.....

I feel your pain. I asked my Parts Rep if there is anything GM will do to help us out with this BS. He advised me to fill out and submit a Sales Loyalty Exclusion Form for each non GM part I had to purchase to take care of our customers. So I did and am waiting to hear back. Probably not going to get anywhere with this but thought I would give it a shot. GM really needs to step up and take care of there dealers. This is as big a mess as I have ever seen. I will let you know how this plays out.

I just received an email from same day repair. They are going to exclude the aftermarket turbos one time only.

Are all of you actually needing the whole turbo assembly? We constantly have our techs say they need the whole assembly, because it pays better, but when pressed 9 times out of 10 it's just the wastegate actuator which our local PDC carries tons of and I now stock them through RIM too.

GM cost 357.73 CAN"T GET.... O'reilley 675.00 our cost can get today and Aftermarket warranty company wants to cut deep into that, PLUS if I do, It will mess up PASE numbers. Told Warranty company to get their own parts, I CAN"T

I just got a reply from my DMA and it states that there are over 6,161 on back order and 3,132 spac cases out there. There are 2,391 in transit between plant 77 and plant 58. There are on a first in/out basis and one of my spac cases is number 1,149. There are 1,262 promised from vendors that are late. Of course I still do not have a time frame.

If your not doing it already upgrade your RIM backorders to CSO/VIP from the back order report and let GM pay the freight. As far as used and aftermarket parts let your service department bill it out as sublet and your loyalty shouldn't be affected(On GM cars, non GM it doesnt matter)

I am doing that. I'm about ready to start submitting same day adjustments for the stuff that they can't get here.

From what I understand, that's a huge no no for PASE compliance. I won't take that chance, I'll take the percentage hit and then scream at GM until I get into trouble.
