ANYBODY ELSE ??

This is a parts forum for all different makes of vehicles. I just don't see that many posts from other manufacturers complaining about poor service to their dealerships. Is GM in a class all by themselves ,or do the rest of you have these same problems? Would be interested to here from some of you. It just seems all negative for GM :roll:

That is an understatement. :roll: :lol:

I don't know about now but I worked for Chrysler for 20 years and NEVER had the issues we have with GM.

I worked for Chrysler as well, they are pretty screwed up too. But this is the worst I've seen in a long time!

I was with GM for 27 years, during that time had other manufacturers also. I just left a GM store for a KIA store. Does KIA have issues? Sure do.. They have a engine issue that they are just now getting caught up with backorders from February and March. Deliveries at least to me suck with shortages daily. Is it the same as GM, yea all of the manufacturers have issues, some more then others.. That's my spiel... :)

Was in GM for about 28-29 years, Have been at a Toyota store for 11+. What a difference. Absolutely love it at Toyota. Oh, they have their own issues of course, but GM has gotten completely out of hand. I do some consulting work on the side with a couple of GM stores and the hoops that they make you jump through just to be able to have somewhat of an obsolescence return is unimaginable to most. Especially since they pushed the part on you in the 1st place. It's sad what it has become. Back 15 years ago I did a bunch of Sprint work with GMSPO, but that was when it was profitable.

This forum does appear to be about 85% GM. I get alot of info on here which helps in the consulting field so I will say "Thank you" for all your input and I'm sorry you are having to deal with all the BS from GM. It's not supposed this difficult.
