SPAC is TERRIBLE

SPAC is TERRIBLE

Postby rmonroe90 » Wed Jul 31, 2019 3:18 pm

Last few days I've called Spac and been HAPPY!! No half hour or more wait time, quick service. done! Bad news? They no longer contact your dealer that is willing to sprint the part. Thats your responsibility. Nor do they inform you that they are no longer faxing packing slips to said dealers. Their excuse? Cuts down on wait time. Like fucking seriously who comes up with these ideas??!!!!! Anyway, found out my last 4 spac cases did INDEED go through but unknowing to the other dealership. SO NOW not only do I have to call these dealers back and let them know whats going on, I have to instruct those that dont know how to do a manual sprint, how to basically get the labels and everything. Its not a hard process mind you, but its NOT MY JOB to explain to other dealers on how to properly obtain Labels and other shit. Gm is a joke..Rant over.

For those of you that don't know how to access your labels:
https://gm.loopone. com/login.epl#
-your dealer code is your username and password
-click the gear icon on the screen to update your labels. Print label.

Literally that easy. It would take SPAC TWO FUCKING SECONDS to tell someone this. TWO SECONDS! Now to waste half my day doing the same thing I did the last few days.

I believe you can also opt to have the labels sent directly to your email under your preferences on loopone site

Ordered a chrome mirror cover for kg177018 left side mirror part number 84309731. Back ordered. Tried to make a SPAC case on global and couldn't so called SPAC. She couldn't make a SPAC case either because it's an accessory part. Told her it's not an accessory it's what came on it from the factory. She looked a little further and said I was right but the system says it's an accessory and it can not be made a SPAC case. SOoooo helpful.

Thanks for the heads up!!!
Just checked on my SPRINT (label made, but not picked up yet by Fed-Ex) & the dealership sold to another dealer because "they never seen the label come through".
So, the whole process has to start again BECAUSE THE SPAC CASE WAS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a dealer that did not know this and did not get their label.
Being that the login is their dealer code and we knew it as we filled our own spac.
We logged in with their info, printed their label and faxed it to them so we could take care of our customer.
They refused to login to loop one.

I am aware you can do this, but I have mine emailed to me. So far it works very well and is quick.

Same here...I usually have my label within five minutes of accepting a SPAC case.

I gotta remember that one...That would eliminate some troubles.
