At least you have catalogs!!

WE DO STILL HAVE A WALL OF OLD CATALOGS BUT I BOOTED UP THE DVD CATALOG. IT'S OUT DATED BY A YEAR BUT IT DOES THE TRICK

I use CDK.... You can create and send the order through DCS. What you can't do is check for backorders or create SPAC cases.

We are on Auto/Mate. I put my order in through our DMS but it must communicate with our PDC and it's with our Global Connect ID running in the background of the program so if Global is down it won't go through
