We are on Auto/Mate. I put my order in through our DMS but it must communicate with our PDC and it's with our Global Connect ID running in the background of the program so if Global is down it won't go through :cry:



Mine went through, but like I said, you can't create SPAC cases.. Gotta love GM

I've never had luck running the EPC on Chrome, which sucks because I would rather run it on chrome vs internet explorer..
