HERE IS A PACKAGING ISSUE THAT I HAVE

24208576 IS A MULTIPACK OF 6. WHICH MEANS IT COMES IN A BIG BOX WITH 6 OF THEM IN THE BOX.

I RECEIVED 3 FROM 1 WAREHOUSE AND 3 FROM A DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE.

I ASKED THE QUESTION TO MY PDC. WHY IT IS CONSIDERED A MULTIPACK?

THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO CHANGE IT.

IDK WE HAVE 2 LOCATIONS AT THE WAREHOUSE 1 FOR THE MULTIPACK AND 2ND FOR INDIVIDUALS

I have a very loyal customer come in needing a 24230298 trans. sol. valve. Checked the GM locator and it said " No inventory available for this part". He said he would let me know whether to SPAC it or not. He came back the next day and said he got one from the local Oreilley store. Original GM AC Delco box. Bought it cheaper than I could sell it to him for. How does this make us look????

Hmmmmm... They don't seem to have a hard time finding boxes to individually ship 7443 bulbs....
