RETURNING A TRUCK FRAME

Has anyone on here returned a truck frame back the GM? I filled out the paperwork request from my rep. Just wondering: is there a restock & shipping charge?

My experience in making a special return thru your DMA, it does not go against your reserves and freight charges are not applied. The amount of paperwork was ridiculous.

OK, I was OK'd the return. What Bill Of Lading do I need for XPO? Do I need to also fill out the Electronic PC302?
