My favorite so far has been when GM customer care calls for a customer on the line, and asks us to give THEM at ETA on the arms!!! hahahaha I mean this is insane

GM Customer care call people are about as clueless as they come.. I usually just tell them that I can't give them a good answer because GM hasn't given me a good (or straight) answer.

When I got a call from Customer Care about the wiring harness that we had on order for 11 weeks and I told her that GM was waiting for a box, she even had to laugh.

Same thing happened here. Within a couple days. I shoved both arms into one box, and shipped it away.
