Iam at 88.31% purchase loyalty right now with just a few days left. Whats the quickest way to fix this so I don't get hit with PASE penalty?

Have you submitted to same day adjuster? You can dispute purchase loyalty to a degree, but they make you jump through hoops.

Call the RIM helpdesk and talk to them. They will look at your list and see what can be done. You will need EXCELL on your computer to send the adjustment. They helped me a couple of months ago. I think the number is 844-868-9125.

You have till the 4th business day of the following month to submit Loyalty Adjustment. It only takes a couple of adjustments to get you above 90% usually

Is your percentage counting the additional 10% points that are mentioned in GCUS-9-8110?

To: All GM Dealer Operators, Fixed Operations Directors, Service Managers & Parts Managers

Due to the current product availability challenges as a result of our Pontiac transition, the following adjustment will be made to the PASE program for August:

•RIM Purchase Loyalty Qualifier – August Plus-Up of 10 percentage points
◦Dealers reporting RIM Purchase Loyalty at 80-89.99% will be overridden to 90% to meet the monthly RIM Purchase Loyalty Objective.
◦Dealers reporting RIM Purchase Loyalty at or above 90% OR less than 80% for RIM Purchase Loyalty will reflect their actual monthly score.
