WOULD YOU DO IT

WOULD YOU DO IT

Postby DHEGG » Wed Oct 02, 2019 10:13 pm

Hypothetically speaking, I would send 1 employee from this dealership for as long as it takes to help who ever is left at my PDC pull orders for "everyone" until this strike is over, Im thinking things could be back to normal until the strike is over. So the question is would every one else help out because that is the only way this would work and who do we talk to.

I would do it, if they would let us in the warehouses.... Just know that this isn't gonna happen.

I would for stuff that is only at GM. Luckily I have a good supply from other dealers in the areas right now.

Doubt you could do it. Last time I was 039, I don't think I've seen so many security measures outside of a military base.

I just received an answer form the Plant Manager and he said GM will only use GM salaried employees during the work stoppage. So much for that idea

My GM rep was saying that he worked the warehouse on Tuesday to get orders shipped.....CSO, CSO3, RIM, anything and everything was worked on.

Even if it could happen, the uaw workers get word there are people from your dealership crossing picket lines, you'll never get an undamaged piece of sheet metal again.

GM can pay the damage claims until we get good parts.

YES!! Hypothetically, it is a great plan if we knew how to utilize all their equipment.

It shouldn't be too hard to figure out their equipment... If a GM worker can do it, anyone can!!!
