Central Transport Bill of lading question

Good morning

I'm sending a transmission back to the warranty center and am filling out the Bill Of Lading for the first time in about 10 years.

I can't remember what to put under the Type columns.

Can't find any old examples around here

IF IT IS ON A PALLET, WE JUST PUT PALLET
OR IF IT JUST A BOX OR TRANS CASE WE PUT CARTON

I just leave it blank and have not had any problems. I put in a GM part number- qty- weight , and in "additional shipper info", the height-length-width. Other than address info ,3rd party charge terms, and signatures, that's it. Hope this helps.
