NON PASE COMPLIANT CHARGE

You would think they would at least stop the no return part of the program. We were not compliant in Oct, so I had to hold all returns until the middle of Nov. Last night Lanter picked up a month's worth of returns. Someone will be excited when they have to go thru that.

If you were not compliant in October, they started charging the surcharge around the 15th of November and stopped around the 15th of December.

Are any of you off of the RIM program and how are you controlling obselesence without a monthly RIM return or no reserve coming from GM. Just thinking out loud??
