What a friggin day!!! Waiting three weeks for a fender for a 2019 truck. SPAC case was closed on 1/27 and when I went to check on status in global I see the shipper number but I can’t click on it to see where it is between me and Flint. I’ve seen this shit before. Called SPAC and the agent said they didn’t have a contact phone number for Flint…….WTF The agent will call back in 24 hrs with info and thank you for your patie….. oh eff it. They will send it out crossdock in a few days and I’ll see it in a couple weeks because a SPAC case doesn’t mean shit.
I also got a call from a dealer in South Dakota who said he received my 2016 Malibu bodyside panel from Fontana in California. OHHH SIGH. I should be getting his bodyside panel in tomorrow. I tried to call Fontana bulk processing all day long..NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I called just about everyone at Hudson PDC and NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE and nobody has called me back yet. Thought it would be easy to fix because we are both serviced by Hudson and they would just pass each other at the crossdock. NAH…. Because nobody answers the phone!!! Answer this.. What good is a dealer liaison at any PDC if they DON’T ANSWER THE FUCKING PHONE!!!!! I need a drink!

Flint Plant 01 - 1 810 635 5705

That's the number on my contact list. Not sure if that goes to a mailbox and answered at their convenience or if it is actually a manned line.

Thought balloon in my head right now:

This viscous cycle is brought to you by the fine folks at GM. We can proudly say that no expense has been spared to bring you more anguish than any Parts Manager should have to put up with over a lifetime; packed into less than 10 months; for your convenience! Don't worry folks, we will not provide any pesky real-time information for you to track parts with. We have though of absolutely nothing but our own cash flow from dealers like you. We remain laser focused on ignoring your every attempt to be profitable and maintain relationships with customers you have worked diligently to keep coming back!

Thank you for your patience, understanding and uninterrupted monetary support during this difficult time.

Sincerely;
GM
