Like I really care about your new picking tags! Just get us our parts in a timely manner. And make it so we can track where our orders are so we can give OUR customers a reasonable ETA!!!

I can't wait to see what kind of unforeseen issues we encounter due to the new pick tags. I smell another 075 debacle brewing....

Okay, how many of you are having this issue? I tried tracking down a part. It showed that it was delivered to me on the 25, I went to the bill of lading for that day and it dawned on me that was a Saturday. I don't get parts on a Saturday. I went ahead and looked on Fridays and tuesdays bill of lading. Nothing on either one of them. I call DLI and they tell me they showed delivering it the 29th. I looked on the 29th and sure enough there was the shipment number on my bill of lading. It said small piece. I said wait this was not a small piece. I was informed that this shipment had 2 parts on it and that it probably split. Now how do I claim a shortage when the tracking system is messed up? How can I use the unattended notification if I don't even know that I am missing one piece?

Don't worry folks, we will not provide any pesky real-time information for you to track parts with. We have though of absolutely nothing but our own cash flow from dealers like you. In my email today was a survey for the fender I posted about. Needless to say, I was not a good guy.

I have suggested in the past SPAC cases that need escalating should not require an endless hold time telephone call to SPAC or chat box. This is something we should be able to do online in Global Connect, quick, easy, provide the VIN and done.

Yesterday I got survey on the chat,I had last Friday that the advisor ended chat before question was answered. I filled the comment box with quite a few not politically correct statements. Today i get a call from SPAC telling me the part that last Friday was still on the way to GM from supplier on a covered wagon (took 6 weeks) would be here today?!?!
This was a headlamp that showed on Fed-Ex overnight?

Have a vehicle down needing a transmission pump cover 24248573. Called dozens of dealers and finally found one willing to sprint. Called SPAC and was told this part is local delivery only. Cannot Fedex but if we want to go get it we can get it sprinted. Checked with the service manager to see if they wanted to go after it. Contacted SPAC again to get it sprinted( this time by chat) and they Fedexed it for me. Does anyone at GM know what they are doing? :x
