PASE and Rim return
We didn't hit our PASE numbers in November and December. This was my fault because I was new on my own and didn't understand the loyalty. So I was obviously getting charged on CSO orders and had no RIM returns. January and February we were back to hitting PASE numbers and qualified again. I am not getting charged anymore on orders but I want to know when I can expect a RIM return and when I finally do will it cover the return I missed out on?? Or did I just completely miss out on a whole return?

You have to go in to the RIM webpage and click on "Obsolescence Query" then change "Automatically approved" to "Created" then search. A rim return will not be created until you do this and approve it. If not approved I think it will show up again the next month but not sure. After that you lose the protection on the parts.
