If you temporarily exclude or exclude a recommended part that is a service lane part , does it count as a purchase if you Cso it later , after excluding it

It will count against your RIM Compliance, but shouldn't count against your Purchase Loyalty, since you are still buying it from GM.
My dealer likes as much as possible RIM protected, so if I've sold it 2 times, and/or my Chevy store across the street has multiple sales of a recommended part... I add it.

is it just me or does it seem like there are fewer service lane parts now that GM has turned the service lane indicator back on?
