I struggle with the stocking and storage of our tires. I'm not sure if I should do it by size, type, GM part #.
I just can't think of a really good way to do it with our setup, so I though that I would ask some experts how they do it?

(when my coworkers ask my why something doesn't work right, I jusk say IDK) One job that I do like is SDL. Not Service daly log, but Set Up Dealer Parts List. With this I use the tire size as a #, no - or no R just 2657017 for example. Then I am able to enter the part #, my description and a breif note on each line. The quantity is updated real time. I just need to make sure to add new tires to the list and delete the old ones from time to time.
