AUTOMATE UPDATE

We started the new invoicing/SOR system back in January. Ever since, we are having issues where counterman go to print the SOR & it goes no where. I looks like it printed, but it didn't print anywhere.

Automate says, just log out of Automate and log back in & it will work. My countermen are getting frustrated having to do this over & over again throughout the day.

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix??

We have not had that issue but if you call support and have them in the screen with you while it happens they may be able to give you a solution.

Anytime I have an issue I call and they are very good at getting our issue resolved.

I hope you get it figured out.

We switched to Autohate in late January so the only thing we know is the chaos of this lovely SOR system.

As far as issues being resolved when we call it is a solid 50/50. Sometimes I never get called back! :x
