I feel your pain! I currently have three parts that show 001 with shipment numbers but not really shipped and one of them has been sitting with that same status for a week now.

Just remember the customer is at the center of everything they do. LOL Still waiting for an oil control valve 12633613, going on the 4th month here and from what I understand there are dealers waiting a lot longer. Part is undergoing sample approval, how in the hell can it take that long to get this fixed. Totally unacceptable and that is just one part we are waiting for.

Just had the same thing happen! Need a grille, found two dealers with it. Called SPAC (anyone else notice the Chat function is now gone?) only to be told, after she asked her "supervisor", that it was Local Delivery only, with none in my state, due to being "over size". Went to lunch, came back, and notes on the Sprint case say it's sprinting from a 3rd dealer that's 1000 miles farther away than the closest one I found!

I am so over calling these people. The chances of getting someone who know what they are doing and giving a shit is like winning the lottery. I would bet I could win the damn lottery faster than getting that combination. How is it I can talk to one person and get nowhere, hang up call back and get everything I want and then some?

If you use Chrome or Firefox it is at the bottom of the support /chat page. One small problem GM doesnt want us to use Chrome or Firefox for Dealer Connect Remember on Internet explorer 11. I called in because in IE11 it tells me I do not have clearance to get in. Guy at help desk told me to use the others and it will work fine. GM's IT department must have the year off.
