What's everyone else doing when these aftermarket warranty companies want to pay cost plus 20%?? This company always request a copy of our invoice from the company also. We get a discount from this 3rd party company and I don't think we should have to pass that on to the warranty company.

I am with you. What you pay is your business, not theirs. You here to make money, not give it away. We take the form and more or less white it out and type in the GM cost and give it to them.
If their representative is a pain, we then tell them to get it themselves. That has only happened once and it cost them more in rental than it did had they just paid our price.
