I was looking at the daily report and I seen my loyalty was way out of wack. Upon looking at it, I noticed a lot of GM numbers being rejected. Called my DM to see if he could help me figure it out. He looked at the it and was confused. He made an inquiry and this was the response.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your email. PASE support added an announcement Monday morning regarding this concern. There is an error with the Sales loyalty unrecognized reporting file. This issue is being researched with GM IT. Once the issue has been corrected the announcement will be removed from the PASE dashboard.

I very seldom go into the dashboard because I pull my report from workbench. Did anyone else see this or did I miss it?

I didn't see anything earlier, and I would have sworn that I looked this morning...but just now when getting on the PASE dashboard I get this message.

Please be aware there is an error with the Sales loyalty unrecognized reporting file. This issue has been identified and is expected to be corrected by early next week. Please note you may see RO data missing until all has been completed. Also, NO Sales Loyalty Exclusions can be processed during this time. If you have sent one to the samedayadjuster@gm(dot)com it will be held for processing until the RO data has been reloaded.

This message will be removed once the files have been updated. Thank you for your patience.
