GM SPAC chat button missing again.

Ok, is it just me or has the SPAC chat button gone missing again? Tried 3 browsers and cleared cookies on each. Still no button.
Anyone have any insight on this?

We have to go in and out 3 times before it works. Once again nothing seems to amaze me with the General. IT at its finest.

The problem turned out to be on our end. IT waved their magic wand and, poof, it was fixed. Not sure what the change was.

Can someone screenshot and/or PM me exactly where this is? Or can any other Canadian dealer confirm we even have access to it? Wasting too much time on the phone...

All I have is something that says Live Chat and it pops open a window saying "Hello. Welcome to the Dealer Business Centre. Please type "Hi" to initiate a conversation with us."

That is it, just say Hi and it will give you more options. Then follow from there.

Has anyone seen this when you click on the support/ chat tab, "Your ID cannot be validated, please contact your Dealership Partner Security Coordinator for assistance". Our system guy cannot figure out what access he has to give me.

Go into the tools menu in the right upper corner, clear history and it might fix it if not use chrome and it will work.
