GM DFOAB

As you know the GM DFOAB website has been shut down for months. This goes back to pre-Covid days. I believe it was shut down during the strike but it may have been during the GM computer disaster of nearly two years ago.

My question: How are you submitting an issue / concern to GM for review?

Recently there was a Global Connect message (GCUS-9-10394) that described a "We Are Listening" dealer feedback document. Is GM listening to you? If so, who are you talking to and how did you contact them?

Gm hasn't "listened" to the dealers in decades.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DFOAB. IT IS ONLY THE CONCERNS THAT MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER. IF THEY DONT LIKE YOUR CONCERN THEY JUST DELETE THEM
