RIM Purchase Loyalty

Got dinged by Gm for purchasing 4 transmissions from another dealer last week. Had to do it when I cant get it from GM for 3-4 days but a dealer 30 min away has what I need. What it the easiest and fastest way to bring the number back up. I need 10%.

Only thing I can see is telling them it was on B/O and the cars where down in your shop and couldn't wait.

I have used "Outside purchase for inv (or RO) xxxxx- COVID19 delays" and they have approved them.

I just noticed when they were approved, on the file sent back to me the RIM person had changed them to "Other - delayed shipment from GM, purchased from local dealer" or "Other - delayed shipment from GM, purchased from local AC Delco Distributor".
