Just wondering if there are any other Tekion DMS users out there as we switched over a couple weeks ago

We have been on it since May. It was a struggle at first as I imagine changing any DMS would be. The support is been really good with them and they are willing to listen and make changes to system. As a back counter person I have very little issues with it now.

We are on Tekion at our gmc and Hyundai store found it easy to use.

What are you guys doing about parts that the system won't allow you to order from GM? such as seat belt extenders and some random parts that don't show on the master in their database?
