Thanks for letting us know that you have migrated to Google Chrome. I heard they were going to migrate, even spoke to a team member about the migration. a little heads up would have been nice. i think it happened around 3 pm yesterday. Global Disconnect was not working on IE. but is working fine on Google Chrome. This morning same thing with IE . Google chrome still working fine.

I've had issues doing anything in Global on Chrome. I still use IE; have to use Edge for Live Chat though.

We had a tech that could not get into a VCT today. The explanation received was that he should have used Chrome instead of IE or Edge. By the time he found me I tried but he couldn't log in because he was 4 minutes late to the training session. Really GM you can't allow us a 5 minute window?

I suppose we will get billed for missing the course....

We are finding many issues varying across things such as device type: phone, tablet, desktop, laptop; windows version/update compatibility, browser issues with ALL different ones, firewall access and internet speed/delivery type (cable vs fiber).

So in other words - Business as usual (lately) for GM. Let the dealer figure it out.
