Is anyone having problems trying to input a shortage claim or any kind of claim on Global ( i hate you) connect? I keep getting this error message when we try to enter data........

13015: Values inputTab selected from page Submit Customer Exceptions is invalid. Request has not been processed. Please select valid values and try again.

We have tried on all different browsers.

As stated previously, you will have to go through Internet Explorer. We are supposed to have the most update equipment to deal with GM, but yet you have issues like this where you have to log out of Edge and go to IE. Gotta love that great GM feeling. LOL

Had this issue numerous times. Had DM try to submit for me on multiple browsers. It wasnt until I took out the apostrophes that the claim went through. I was
using them to save space and the platform kept rejecting them.

OK…..A few days ago edge hijacked my IE11. The update window comes up telling me that IE11 is going away and you can never use it again and there is a massive sink hole outside your door and the world is coming to an end………and you know the rest. I am normally very careful to x out of that stuff but I must have been going to fast. Every time I try to open IE11 the screen will flicker and edge pops up. With the help of an IIT guy I got edge uninstalled and IE11 is back. Yes the help line at Global says you have to be on IE11 to submit claims on the GM website………….
