That customer ended up just buying the part directly from me.
Exactly what GM wants, that way it does not cost them.

Just tried to request a part to be sprinted from another Dealer. Spent time calling and finally found a Dealer. Went to Shop Express Direct and typed in dealer code and……………….
Status : PART 12708794 IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS DIRECT
In order to assist you in quickly determining if a part can be SPRINTED via Express Direct, please review the following criteria:
It lists 11 reasons why and I asked a SPAC agent where to find these????? It is a screen they have access to….BRILLIANT…
Why in the F$%k do I even try? Who makes these idiotic decisions? YAH. Just leave the truck sit till next month while I have a dealer willing to ship me the part. Its all about the Customer and retaining them for life……..BULLSHIT. It’s one colossal stupid decision after another.
