SPAC/DPAC

I have a question, where is the info to determine if a part is eligible for SPRINT? Ordered a part yesterday
knowing GM had no stock so I put a SPAC case on it. Looked at SPAC case today, it has not gone out for search.
Started a chat with spac/dpac/whateverpac and was told part was not eligible for SPRINT. I asked where do I find
that info? Agent said I have to contact them. Must be top secret info. So, do I wait a day to see if parts go out
for search and then contact spac, OR do I initiate a chat for every 088 part we have?
On top of that customer can't wait for next update (1 week away) to see if there is an ETA. I have to order
from Keystone and let GM penalize me for not purchasing from them, and then get to spend even more time
appealing my sales loyalty.
Just sent my survey in this morning, I want it back to make some changes.

That's another thig that pisses me off. It makes it hard to please our customers. I spent an hour today doing the SAMEDAYADJUSTER shit, yesterday I was at 94% today I'm at 89%. I'm sick of starting a spac case and checking the next day and the fucking thing isn't searching, if a dealer has it and willing to fill the spac case regardless on the status of the part they should be able to fill it. And the DPAC agent can't do shit with it, Meanwhile customers car is down, They are pissed at us. I'm sick of buying from another dealer ( customer pay ) and have to pay more for the part. Warranty we get paid using Z5000, Z5001. This is a lot of crap we have to deal with on a daily bases.

I had a seatbelt on B/O.. Found a dealer willing to sell it, and I was willing to pick it up. So I shopped it out to them... You guessed it, unable to sprint. The agent was nice enough to let me know that I could always buy it outright from the other dealer.
