Filing Claims

Anyone else having problems filing claims with GM today? Every time I try to submit one, global just sits and spins.

I think some of us GM guys have had issues using various browsers.

I sometimes have to go back to old school IE for things to work and function properly.

I have always used IE for anything done with Workbench. Using another browser (ie. chrome, firefox etc.) will just load a incomplete or blank page.
When IE finally gets discontinued next year we are F****D.

I have the same issues. Half of Global works in Chrome, all of Global works in IE, half works in Edge. I have called/emailed tech support. Their response usually is "Check your settings" Ok what settings do I check? That's when I get the deer in the headlights look.

COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS. IN SOME AREAS OF GLOBAL CONNECT-CUSTOMER EXCEPTIONS- YOU HAVE TO ADD THE SITE(AUTOPARTNERSDOTNET) TO COMPATIBILTY VIEW SETTINGS AND THEN WHEN YOU ARE ON ANOTHER APP LIKE SEARCH OR LOCATE YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE AUTOPARTNERSDOTNET FROM COMPATIBLITY VIEW SETTINGS
