anyone else having problems accessing KEYCODE LOOKUP?

YEP Not working today. Had a customer come in that had bought a key from a dealership 20 miles down the road asking us to cut it for them. They had the paperwork so I tried. Found out why the other dealer didn't cut it for them.

gm said they were doing maintenance today. I said WTF on a Friday that's work for a weekend.

Wasn't working all day Monday either... Haven't tried yet today.

I went in as far as putting VIN info in, no problem. Haven't tried going any farther.
