No luck here either, When I call a dealer I ask them if they know about SHOP EXPRESS most time they never heard of it. When I get a dealer that knows about it, I will put their dlr code in I call then back in a half hour and they never received the request. I called OECONECTON and they said they may have the part on auto decline or the cut off time isn't set. I asked if they could call the dealer and walk them though it.. They said NO the dealer has to call us and they must have the spac case#. I'm not telling a dealer he has to call and find out why they are not getting the SHOP EXPRESS request. I like the old way a lot better, If I really needed a part I would call a dealer see if they would sell the part I got their dlr code, then I would start a chat with a spac agent and have then start a spac case ( that way it wont search ) gave the agent the dlr code ph# and it was done I received the part the next day.. Not these days, I'm a small dealer and my back order report is 45 lines to day. Also we used to put spac cases on rim order if we upgraded it, can't do that anymore. If we have a part on back order on a rim order why can't we upgrade to cso and then a spac case, instead of ordering it on a cso order then put a spac case on it...
