Good afternoon everyone, I have a Ford related question today. I am at a dealership that is on CDK and has been enrolled in the RIM program. We are having trouble hitting our OEM loyalty due to the amount of flushes that our service department sells monthly. I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this so they do not count against you. Any help would be appreciated.
