Help! Bill of Lading for trans return

Not sure if Central Transport is what all of you use for sending engines/transmissions to the WPC but I can't open the Bill of Lading on the email that was sent to me with confirmation for a pickup today. I called and the lady was of no help. Anyone else experience issues with this? When I go to open it, it wants to open via Outlook. I don't have one so I created an Outlook account and it still will not work.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can try and fill out a generic blank BOL from Central Transport but I don't know all the fields to fill in.

Yes. I did one back in September. Just use the Central Transport BOL.

Let me know what fields you need filled in I will tell you what I did.

I TRIED GOOGLE CHROME, MICROSOFT EDGE AND INTERNET EXPLORER TODAY FOR A WPC RETURN. INTERNET EXPLORER WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT GAVE ME THAT EXTRA POPUP WINDOW ONCE I SELECTED WHICH FREIGHT TO USE. GOOD LUCK
