GM Material Return credits

Hello,

Im back with GM as a PM again . Seems some things never change. Does anyone have issues getting the parts return credits from returns from RIM returns to RIM field disposal credits ?

Im having a time getting credit for parts that were sent back in good faith with proper paperwork. Does anyone have an up chain phone number or contact?

Contact your administrative PDC they should be able to help you out.

Oour PDC had a phone # list with everybody and their respective departments on it. I think it included email addresses too.

Material returns had it's own contact #s and address.

This was Philadelphia but I'm no longer with GM (Thank God) but I was assume they all have similar lists

Apparently, this is a growing issue. Months ago, my local PDC (41) was sending out emails blasting dealers that had applications open over 60 days. Now, I have close to 10 over 60 days that I am waiting for my PDC to handle. They were sent
back in a timely fashion with paperwork. I have also sent multiple emails to the PDC liaison and returns team with no response. They arent answering calls and their mailboxes are full. I had to get my DM involved. It's effing sad.
