Kathy at 051 is no longer our dealer contact, I almost expect she is stepping down to take on other duties and eventually retire. When I saw the name of her replacement (Paul) I had a flashback to the old Baltimore warehouse, Paul White was the manager, pissed him off more than a few times dealing with their bullshit.

Got a nice email from Paul this morning explaining what is happening. Kathy is the Inventory Control Supervisor now.

Kathy has been a big help through out the years. Craig has been great the last few as well.

Sounds like Paul is ready and willing to help us out the best he can.

I emailed Paul as well. Told him he has big shoes to fill. Sounds like he is up for the challenge. Kathy and Craig are 2 of the best I have ever dealt with within General Motors in my 37 years here.

WE HAD A GREAT LIASON AT 007 NAMED CRYSTAL STULTS .SHE MOVED ON AT THE WAREHOUSE DOING OTHER STUFF.TODD COX THE REP NOW AND KEVIN KOEHLER ARE THE WORST TEAM OF LIASONS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IF I LEAVE CAPSLOCK ON (WHICH I DO ALL THE TIME) THEY WORRY ABOUT MY GRAMMAR AND HOW I AM USING IT INSTEAD OF EVEN LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM I AM EMAILING THEM ABOUT. IT TAKES SEVERTAL EMAILS TO TACKLE ONE THING. IT MIGHT ME BECAUSE U of M FINALLY BEAT OSU IN 2021. IDK. IT TAKES ME 5 TIMES MORE ENERGY TO HANDLE ANYTHING ANYMORE

Been dealing with Kathy and Craig for many years. Great people.
I was surprised last week when I got the daily business update and it wasn't Kathy but Paul.
I did get his email about his intro a few days later.
We'll see, hope everything the same.
