filing claims with GM

Does anyone deal with PDC 007? Do you get packages that are damaged ? I know you do. Do you get boxes that are crushed but the part is okay? I know you do.
When I file a claim like this I file under the "Concealed Damage Return/ Transportation Damage Return" and then Package okay, Part Damaged. Does anyone do the same thing or do you file it differently ? The dealer liasons at PDC 007 have been hassling me for years . I have to submit it 2-3 times email them stand on my head just to get paperwork,

I deal with Cinci also. I wish Crystal Stults was back! The claims process is completely ridiculous in my opinion. It should be way more cumbersome.

I have the same issue. When Crystal was there it was always easy and she was a great help. Now, not so much. I seem to be filing returns at least twice for them to be accepted. GM keeps getting better
