Help! Can't reprint warranty return label

I accidentally cleared out the pop up windows for generating a mass warranty shipping labels. When I try to generate again, it states its not in proper part return status. I don't have a clue who to call for help and am of course on a time frame. Anyone know how to reprint it? If not, a number to call?
