I am interested in hearing from those who are in need of technicians to aid in my research.
1. What initiatives are you taking, either independently, with local institutions or with the factory to bring new talent into the business?
2. What inhibitors are you finding that stand in the way of attracting talent?
3. If you do not have a problem getting qualified help, what is your secret?
4. What are you doing to assure that the staff that you have does not seek 'greener pastures'?
5. What are you doing with older technicians who are past their physical prime but have vast knowledge?
6. How are you coping with the demand for service placed on your existing staff?
