Conquest bump the competition

Hello everyone, has anybody submitted a conquest claim lately?? It's not as easy as it used to be, we now have to jump thru hoops to get the claim processed. Correct me if in wrong.. isn't that our money???? There is a note FLEET AND CUSTOMER PAY ESTIMATES ARE INELIGIBLE. WTF... AGAIN IT'S OUR MONEY.. WE EARNED IT.. Looks like we will by more aftermarket parts and not GM's... I wonder how much conquest funds we will we losing..

Hang on. I submitted about a dozen part #'s and was audited on every part #. I had to send a copy of the insurance company estimate and a copy of the repair order. We're not on collision link because of the cost. We also took the hit in April form 14% to 12%.

looks to me like gm wants you to give in to the competition instead.

So much fun now. Not!!!! I submitted one for 5 part numbers, 2 were approved and 3 were sent for audit. I had to submit the estimate for the other 3 and then they were paid. Had a few more that I had to submit the estimates with them. I suppose if you are not on Collision Link, this is what they are going to do to us. Give in and pay more to OEConnection or lose your wholesale business to the big guys.

Anybody else have trouble getting into the Dealer iMR and Group LMA Advertising app to get the pricing info/submit the claims?
Most times I just get a blank screen.

Such a waste unless you're big dealers and have tons of bodyshops customers.
