We switched from CDK to PBS in Nove of 2017, and back to CDK in March of 2018. The parts side was ok at that time, but there was a lot of you can't do that on our systems, were working on that, but here is a "work around" for you to get that information. I guess that the accounting side was an absolute nightmare. I would hope by now, that they have made a lot of enhancements to the system.
Here's a laugh for you.... We did our annual physical inventory in December after the conversion. I signed up for their inventory support for an additional charge, since this was our first inventory with PBS. We were told that we would have an agent assigned to us for support over the weekend. Well, we did have an issue, so I called the support line, about 7:30 Friday evening, with no answer, so I left a message, and my call was returned about 30 minutes later. Once I was on the phone with the guy from support, he could not hear over the phone very well, so he asked if he could call me back in a few minutes, which was fine with me. When he called me back, he said that he had to drive out into the field to get better reception, and then did not have internet service for his laptop. What a joke! He was at last able to get me back on track, but it was a 45-minute ordeal on the phone. I contacted PBS and they did refund our fees for the inventory support.
