We got a call from another dealer asking is we would Sprint a part. We agreed and waited for D2D to pull it up. Nothing. We don't show any opportunities this morning at all. Anyone else having this issue?

According to GM they were having some issues with OEConnection. I have been getting request all morning, but I do not see any commitments on ones that I need Sprinted.

did you confirm with the other dealer that he put your dealer code in and submitted it?

No it wasn't on auto decline and yes we confirmed that the other dealer had put our code in. It finally showed up several hours later.
