I could be wrong, but I don't think GM is involved in billing when bought/sold thru D2DLink. The transaction is between seller & buyer.

As I look at yesterday's transaction in the archives, the cost and sale are the same. When I was making clicking around yesterday, the cost showed $0, but I could see where to put the pricing and invoice#, only the fields were not accepting input. I may call OEC today or send this Brian guy (above) a note.

They are if you Sprint it aka SPAC case. They will give you 15% over cost capped at $100
