GM concealed Damage Form

Postby pushit7 » Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:08 pm

We use the Exhibit 11 for when we send claim for sheet metal repair reimbursement.
We haven't done it in a while and we got one from the body-shop that need to be claimed.
Since everything we have to deal robot and online, just wondering, is there anything that you can submit it online?
Appreciate your input

YOU SUBMIT USING EMAIL. Look for "concealed damage reimbursement" form in Part policies manual.
the form will actually tell you where to send it. it is spaccmyatgmdotcom

You can email it, but I still fax it in. With everything they want with the form, I found it's just faster rather than scanning then emailing.

I don't typically see the invoices (I'm Counterman, let the "boss" handle the numbers), but I believe you'll see it paid pretty quickly (within 2 days?).
