We switched from Quorum to Rey Rey. We are the first of our dealers to use Ignite only. Support is not the best. It's been two months and I still have many questions. Can anyone help me with my three biggest frustrations? The orders transmit in the customers first name instead of last name. And, is there anyway to create an order and manipulate it so it doesn't show up on our order transmission list? Finally, our RIM return has to be manually posted out via 2010. Every other DMS I have used with GM has had it as an order that I could receive out of inventory.

As far as controlling your returns, Goto TOOLS, then PARTS RETURNS 2080. Then you can CREATE a manual parts return. Using the ACTIONS tab, you can list (print) the return out and then when you're ready, you can CLEAR the return which will reduce your QOH. No need to "minus" each item out line by line.
