PWB+ New Today

The new PWB+ has finally migrated to the newer format and with it, in true GM fashion, are a couple more mouse clicks to get what you need, but basically the same result. Try checking part availability: New drop-down menu. But be sure to click on the "View Details" in the Order Status section. It has a completely different look. Purchase Orders>CNTL#>PO (Control) Details>View Details column of any part listed. Yes, it is the long way around, but sometimes you just have to.

we are having new browser issues that were not a problem yesterday. one workstation works in Edge, not in Chrome. Then vice-versa on a different workstation. Neither can open SI.
we lost the casting number search option. maybe incorporated into the part search ??
even as a dealer, we used the Delco number search. now it is gone.
We have been enhanced again !! The last reason is likely the first... GM Corporate use.
Whatelse ??

YEAH ENHANCED? NOW AFTER PUNCHING IN THE PART NUMBER WE HAVE TO CLICK TWICE, DID YOU NOTICE THE TIME STAMP ON ORDERS TODAY. IT SHOWS 4 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME. CANT PULL UP MY BACKORDERS FROM A HALF HOUR AGO.

This is the exact reason I came here. Did orders 50 minuets ago, got answerbacks showing 4 backorders, but no B/O showing to upgrade.

I tried to make a spac case yesterday but didn't seem to work. Did a chat with GM and they could see the case on their end. I could not.

Man! I have GOT TO lower my standards of expectation with GlobalConnect and GM in general.

What a freakin nightmare...ever since the most recent "change"...nothing working right.
Also...they disabled ability to upgrade to CSO directly from PWB...annoying!!!
